* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Proven excellence in customer service.
* Ability to follow instructions with a desire to provide quality workmanship in line with our work schedule program.
* Ability to work within a team environment and supervise apprentices as required.
* Physically capable of installing a variety of glazing products and manual handling glass and double-glazed products.
* Good organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* IT Professional
* Excellent communication skills ( written and oral).
* Relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience.
